Our Professional Fees

Professional Fees

Let’s talk about fees – probably the most common question we get asked: “How much?”

The answer? It depends.

“How much” varies based on many factors, including — but certainly not limited to:

  • How much work is required and how long it will take

  • How long we’ll need to manage the case from start to finish

  • Whether there are serious or minor risks involved

  • Whether the case is straightforward (noting that “straightforward” does not always mean “quick”)

  • If the case is complex, urgent, or requires us to prioritise everything else to meet strict deadlines

  • Whether we’ll need to work after hours, weekends, or even public holidays to get it done on time

  • How well-prepared the client is — for example:

    • Do they have strong communication skills?

    • Do they already have their documents in order?

    • Will they need help preparing statements, statutory declarations, or supporting documents?

  • Whether there are inconsistencies or concerns within the information provided

  • The client’s immigration history and any potential complications

  • The impact on the client or their family if the application is unsuccessful

  • Whether we need to involve external specialists due to unique circumstances

  • And finally, whether we have the capacity to take the matter on

Every client’s situation is unique, and we carefully consider all these factors before preparing an estimate. It’s a bit like asking a builder how much to build an extension or a house!

How We Calculate Our Fees

At Morunga Migration, our professional fees are based on our time, experience, expertise, and the quality of service that our clients seek as well as all the hidden costs just to operate – Oh the joys of business!

Shockingly, to many people’s surprise, we don’t just fill out forms either! We guide our clients through a very complex process, navigate ever-changing immigration laws, and give their applications the best possible chance of success. Sure, we deal with a lot of paperwork…but we promise it’s far more exciting than it sounds (well, most days).

Like anything of quality, our fees reflect the high standard of services that we provide, and that’s for a very good reason. We’re highly experienced and unapologetically dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients. Every case is handled with precision, care, and sometimes copious amounts of chocolate, late nights, weekends, and even public holidays, especially when deadlines loom. This is no regular 9-5 office job, I can promise you that!

If you’ve ever had a chance to read our client reviews, you’ll see they reflect the level of professional care, strategic advice, and personalised service we provide. After all, you’re not just paying for paperwork — you’re investing in peace of mind, knowing your case is being managed with the highest standards of quality… and maybe a few late nights on our end to get it just right.
