How Our Service Works

Our call back service is a free service where we only provide general information about the services we provide.

Due to the complex nature of immigration law we do not provide immigration advice or quotes without a formal consultation (fee applies).

Our call back service depends on daily availability as consultations, urgent cases, and unforeseen matters take priority. We will, however, make every effort to respond by text message, email or reschedule.

Call backs are available most weekdays, excluding public holidays.

What can you expect from our call back service?

After booking your callback, you can expect a phone call on the day you booked, at any time between 9am and 4pm (AEST). For example, if your booking is at 12pm, we could call you anytime within this window.

Calls are restricted to one call back per person.

Calls can be made to phone numbers in either New Zealand or Australia only. Note: Calls will not be made to apps such as Whatsapp, Viber etc.

If you are seeking advice about your situation, you will be directed to visit our website for more information or to book an initial consultation and assessment.

Morunga Migration is committed to maintaining a positive environment where everyone is valued and treated with respect. As such, any rude, disrespectful, or hostile behaviour towards any of our staff will not be tolerated.

 

What the Service Does Not Include

  • Assessing yours or another person’s situation
  • Providing immigration advice or options for visas/citizenship
  • Performing tasks or sending additional information
  • Giving cost estimates
  • Guiding on completing visa/citizenship applications, including questions and forms
  • Determining if we can assist you
  • Reviewing your information or documents
  • Handling multiple inquiries (limited to one callback per person)

Note: Immigration advice is only provided through booking an initial consultation and assessment.

Questions About our Call Back Service

How do I reschedule or change my Call Back booking?

You can reschedule or cancel your call back time by either clicking the link in your booking notification email or by emailing us directly at info@morungamigration.com.au.

Why did I not receive a call back?

Our free callback service is subject to availability and prioritisation of urgent matters, and while we strive to call back at the scheduled time, it is not always possible.

Possible other reasons for not receiving a call back however could be:

  • We were unable to call you at the time you booked due to the prioritising urgent matters.
  • Staff may not be available on the day.
  • We tried calling a few times but there was no answer.
  • The phone number provided was not connecting or is incorrect.
  • There was a potential breach of one of our Terms & Conditions e.g. You have had a call back already in the past and only one call back is permitted per person.
  • You were seeking immigration advice and we directed you to book in an initial consultation.
  • We may have responded to your enquiry already or via email.

If we were unable to reach you, we will leave you a voice/text/email message.
