This service is helpful for those seeking some general guidance and are unable to find the answers they are looking for on our website or elsewhere. We will call you to provide you with some general immigration information anytime between 9am – 3pm AEST on the day of your booking.
Please note: Due to the nature and demand of our type of industry, unforeseen and urgent matters may arise and disrupt our ability to call you at the time you have booked in. We will however, do our best to call you as close to your booked time as possible or reschedule if need be.
We will only call people within Australia who have provided their correct name and details. If we are unable to call due to unforeseen & urgent circumstances, we will reschedule another time with you. Only one free 10 minute phone call is permitted per person. You must agree to our terms and conditions including reading the Consumer Guide.

We speak English, Tongan and basic Māori language. We also have a staff member who speaks Spanish.
Fees and disbursements vary significantly depending on the type of visa or citizenship application, number of family members to be included (if any), ages of each applicant, time needed and complex issues. The purpose of the 10 minute phone call is for general information only.
