How Our Service Works

Did you know that most general questions are already answered on our website? Before booking, please see our Frequently Asked Questions section and search our website for our most commonly asked questions as your question may have already been answered.

To Make a Booking

Please book a 10 minute call back by clicking our calendar link below. This service is helpful for those seeking some general guidance and are unable to find the answers they are looking for on our website or elsewhere. We will call you to provide you with some general immigration information anytime between 9am – 3pm AEST on the day of your booking.

Please note: Due to the nature and demand of our type of industry, unforeseen and urgent matters may arise and disrupt our ability to call you at the time you have booked in. We will however, do our best to call you as close to your booked time as possible or reschedule if need be.

Our Service Does Not Include

Due to compliance and complexity reasons, our Call Back service is not suitable for:
  • Specialised one on one advice on what visa or citizenship application to apply for
  • An assessment of yours or anyone else’s immigration situation
  • A strategic plan in helping you
  • Confirming if we can assist you in your immigration matter
  • Directions on how to do a visa or citizenship application
  • Directions on how to answer specific questions in forms and applications
  • Providing associated costs and fees

Terms & Conditions: 

We will only call people who have provided their correct name and details. If we are unable to call due to unforeseen & urgent circumstances, we will reschedule another time with you. Only one free 10 minute phone call is permitted per person. You must agree to our terms and conditions including reading the Consumer Guide.

Questions About our Call Back Service

How do I reschedule or change my Call Back booking?

You can reschedule or cancel your call back time by either clicking the link in your booking notification email or by emailing us directly at info@morungamigration.com.au.

Why did I not receive a Call Back?

  • Please ensure your correct phone number was provided.
  • We will attempt to call on the specified day but if there is no answer we will either leave a voice message or send a text message.
  • If you do not receive either messages from us it is likely we have been called away on some urgent matter and we will be in touch to reschedule another call.
  • Please note: We will attempt to call you anytime in the day dependent on our availability between 9am and 4pm ACST and not necessarily within the time frame you had chosen.

Do you speak languages other than English?

We speak English, Tongan and basic Māori language. We also have a staff member who speaks Spanish.

Why can't you tell me what the costs are going to be?

Fees and disbursements vary significantly depending on the type of visa or citizenship application, number of family members to be included (if any), ages of each applicant, time needed and complex issues. The purpose of the 10 minute phone call is for general information only.
