Due to the complex nature of immigration law we do not provide immigration advice or quotes without a formal consultation (fee applies).

Our call back service depends on daily availability as consultations, urgent cases, and unforeseen matters take priority. We will, however, make every effort to respond by text message, email or reschedule.
Call backs are available most weekdays, excluding public holidays.
What can you expect from our call back service?
After booking your callback, you can expect a phone call on the day you booked, at any time between 9am and 4pm (AEST). For example, if your booking is at 12pm, we could call you anytime within this window.
Calls are restricted to one call back per person.
Calls can be made to phone numbers in either New Zealand or Australia only. Note: Calls will not be made to apps such as Whatsapp, Viber etc.
